Patient Support Services
We provide social support and connecting services. Patient advocates work with community organizations to identify barriers to care and provide connections to programs specific to our patient’s needs.
Our trained enrollment counselors assist with health insurance education and enrollment, including enrollment to our sliding fee discount program.
Patient advocates are bi-lingual and bi-cultural, providing language assistance in Spanish.
