EDCHC will be hosting a Nicotine Cessation Class Series at our Placerville location.
The program runs five Thursday sessions (4:30–6:00pm) plus a support week with personal check-in calls, covering everything from getting ready to quit through staying tobacco-free long-term. Theresa Fagouri, MA, with El Dorado County Public Health will be facilitating the class at our Placerville clinic site. This class series is available by registration only for EDCHC patients 18 years and older who are ready to quit nicotine and tobacco. Feel free to bring it up at visits or point interested patients to the flyer in the lobby/exam rooms. This class is offered in English only at this time.
