Dr. Raniah Al Bayati earned her Bachelor of Science in Forensics with double minors in Biology and Chemistry from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from A.T. Still University–Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health.
During dental school, Dr. Al Bayati completed multiple external rotations in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), where she provided comprehensive dental care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
She chose to join El Dorado Community Health Centers because its mission aligns closely with her own commitment to providing accessible, compassionate, and high-quality care to underserved populations. At EDCHC, Dr. Al Bayati delivers comprehensive dental services both in the clinic and through the mobile dental van, helping expand access to care for patients in rural and school-based settings.
Dr. Al Bayati was selected as a National Health Service Corps scholar — a federally funded program that supports healthcare professionals dedicated to serving in underserved communities.
Outside of dentistry, she enjoys yoga, meditation, exploring nature, and reading. She is deeply passionate about promoting oral health education and improving access to care for patients from diverse and underserved backgrounds.
